To ensure a smooth and hassle-free registration, please take note of the following:
- Fill out the online registration form.
- Upload your 2x2 in ID photo with (color) background. Maximum file size is 2MB.
- Pay the registration fee via Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) or via Paypal. Once payment is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration.
- Book your hotel accommodation included in the email registration confirmation.

|August 28,2018 onwards||Request for cancellation and/ or substitution will no longer be accepted.|
Lost IDs will be replaced onsite for a fee of US$50.00. All cancellation and substitution/ name change request must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “ACC 2018 Registration Change”.
