GUY KAWASAKI OUTLINES 10 LESSONS ON TRANSFORMATION IN ACC 2017 KEYNOTE
In his ACC 2017 Keynote, Silicon Valley legend Guy Kawasaki talked about the “Art of Transformation,” where he gave ten key steps that organizations can take as they foray into the brave new world called the digital sphere.
Armed with years of experience working for Apple, which itself is no stranger to major disruptions and reinventions, Kawasaki outlined key lessons that can guide telco and ICT companies represented at ACC 2017 in transforming their businesses – to become industry leaders, as well as to avoid the fate of Kodak and Polaroid.
Following Kawasaki’s talk was a Roundtable Discussion on “Designing and Starting Up a Customer Experience Transformation,” headlined by a power panel: Orlando B. Vea of Voyager Innovations, Marc Halbfinger or PCCW Global, Gautam Bhandari, PhD of I-Squared Capital, Ali Amiri of Etisalat, and Jovy Hernandez of PLDT Enterprise and ACCI. Javier Vara of McKinsey & Company served as the moderator.
Closing off the session are Ciena’s Rick Seeto, who talked about the importance of reinvention for companies to stay relevant and to lead in the ever-evolving telco industry, and Huawei’s Richard Im, who gave the crowd key pointers on redefining their business in the digital era.
