MEET SILICON VALLEY MARKETING EXPERT GUY KAWASAKI AS HE DELIVERS THE KEYNOTE ADDRESS OF ACC2017
“The best way to succeed is to do things for the Customer, not the competition”
The Asian Carriers Conference (ACC) is the region’s most-awaited telco convention. Now on its 13th year, the ACC opens up dialogue about customer experience in the digital age, bringing in no less than Silicon Valley’s favorite evangelist Guy Kawasaki.
Every year, over 1,500 delegates from over 60 countries flock to the ACC to network with other industry insiders for four days of business and leisure in sunny Cebu, the Philippines’ Queen City of the South known for its beaches, diving, and food.
Guy Kawasaki is a best-selling author, marketing specialist, and venture capitalist whose impressive resume started in Apple Inc. in 1984 where, under Steve Jobs, he was tasked to market the Macintosh – now known as the Mac – Apple Inc.’s first mass-market personal computer with a graphical user interface and mouse. His work then paved the way for the Mac to become one of the world’s most loved technology brands today.
He continues to lend his knowledge to various ventures and causes, as a Brand Ambassador for Mercedes-Benz, an executive fellow of the Haas School of Business at the University of California in Berkeley, chief evangelist of online graphic design tool Canva, and a trustee of the Wikimedia Foundation.
Kawasaki is known for his people-centric approach to marketing, which focuses on highlighting products as experiences. He popularized the term ‘evangelist’ in the tech sphere, and is heralded as one of the industry’s most passionate stalwarts, and a fitting personality to talk about Reinventing Customer Experience in the Digital Age.
Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from one of the tech industry’s foremost marketing experts. Kawasaki’s plenary is at 10:30AM on September 12, 2017.
The Asian Carriers Conference will be held from September 12 – 15, 2017 at Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa, Cebu, Philippines.
